These Terms & Conditions govern registration for and attendance at DigitalNEX:Asia 2026, taking place on 29 October 2026 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore (“Event”).
The Event is organised by DNEX Ventures Pte Ltd (UEN: 202204034D) (“DNEX”, “Organizer”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Stajenn Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202316864M) (“Stajenn”) has been appointed by DNEX as its registration and payment services provider for the Event. Stajenn processes registrations and payments on DNEX’s behalf and is not the organiser of the Event.
By registering for, purchasing or accepting a pass to the Event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Registration is subject to availability and acceptance by the Organizer.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Event passes are issued to the registered attendee and may not be resold, transferred or assigned without prior approval from DNEX.
DNEX reserves the right to verify attendee identity and refuse or revoke admission where registration information is inaccurate, a pass has been misused, or these Terms have been breached.
All fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise indicated and are subject to applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
Payments may be collected and processed by Stajenn Technologies Pte. Ltd. on behalf of DNEX Ventures Pte Ltd. Your payment record or transaction descriptor may therefore reference Stajenn or its appointed payment service provider.
A registration is confirmed only after successful payment or written confirmation from DNEX.
Paid passes are bought through Stripe, our payment processor, on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Your card details are entered on Stripe's page and held by Stripe; the D:NEXA site never receives or stores your card number.
Stripe acts as a sub-processor for the organiser for the purpose of taking payment, issuing your receipt and preventing fraud. Your receipt is sent by Stripe, separately from your registration confirmation.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by DNEX, registration fees are non-refundable.
DNEX may, at its discretion, permit a registration to be transferred to another attendee upon written request before the Event.
If DNEX cancels the Event and does not reschedule it, DNEX will refund the Event registration fee actually paid by the attendee.
DNEX is not responsible for travel, accommodation, transportation, visa, opportunity costs or other expenses incurred in connection with attendance.
Cancelling your registration does not by itself refund a payment; refunds are made through Stripe and reach the card you paid with.
The programme, speakers, timings, venue configuration, sessions and other Event components are subject to change.
DNEX may modify, postpone or reschedule the Event where reasonably necessary due to operational, safety, regulatory or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
A change to speakers, programme content, session timings or Event format does not by itself entitle an attendee to a refund.
Attendees must comply with applicable laws, venue requirements and reasonable instructions issued by DNEX, Marina Bay Sands, security personnel or authorised Event representatives.
DNEX reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful or otherwise detrimental to the Event or its participants.
Where admission is revoked because of an attendee’s conduct or breach of these Terms, no refund will be payable.
Photography, filming and audio recording may take place throughout the Event.
By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, video or audio recordings of the Event. DNEX may use such Event materials for documentation, communications, publicity and promotion of DNEX and future editions of DigitalNEX:Asia, subject to applicable law.
Attendees with specific concerns regarding photography or filming should contact the Event team before or during the Event.
Personal data provided during registration may be collected, used and disclosed for purposes reasonably connected with administering the Event, including:
registration and payment processing; attendee verification and badge issuance; Event communications; security and access management; Event operations; and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
DNEX may disclose relevant personal data to Stajenn, the Event venue, payment service providers and other service providers where reasonably necessary to perform these functions.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with DNEX’s Privacy Notice and applicable Singapore data protection laws. Any consent to receive marketing or partner communications is separate and optional.
Singapore’s PDPA requires organisations to notify individuals of their purposes for collecting, using and disclosing personal data and, where applicable, obtain consent.
All Event materials, branding, presentations and content remain the property of DNEX or the respective speakers, sponsors, partners or rights holders.
Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, livestream or record Event content except with prior permission from the relevant rights holder.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNEX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or economic loss arising from registration for or attendance at the Event.
Subject to applicable law, DNEX’s aggregate liability arising in connection with an attendee’s registration shall not exceed the registration fee actually paid by that attendee.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence. Singapore’s Unfair Contract Terms Act restricts contractual exclusion of liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
DNEX will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of government, public health emergencies, natural disasters, severe weather, civil disturbance, venue closure, infrastructure failure or other comparable events.
DNEX will use reasonable efforts to communicate any material changes to registered attendees.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Event.
Electronic acceptance of these Terms through your registration process may form part of an electronic contract recognised under Singapore’s Electronic Transactions Act.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
DNEX may update these Terms where reasonably necessary. The version applicable to your registration will be the version presented or made available to you at the time of registration, unless a change is required by law.
