About the speaker
Theodora Lai is Advisor to Tech Talent Assembly, Partner and Co-founder of Moringa Ventures and Principal at Tembusu Partners. She co-leads early-stage deep tech investments and works with founding teams to build and scale new technologies across AI, energy and health. She has over 17 years of experience in investment and operator roles, and is a non-executive independent director of Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Ltd.
As an active community volunteer, she serves as Adviser to Sengkang GRC (Sengkang North) Grassroots Organisations and is a founding member and former Chairperson of the Young Women’s Leadership Connection.
Theodora obtained her MBA from Tsinghua University and MIT Sloan and was a recipient of the Tsinghua University Scholarship. Theodora was also awarded the Lien Ying Chow Legacy Fellowship by Nanyang Technological University, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Singapore Management University.
