About the speaker
Glenn is the CEO and Co-Founder of Zavior, a company focused on regulatory compliance, data protection, cybersecurity and governance. He helps organisations strengthen their security posture, comply with PDPA requirements, and navigate ISO and local regulatory certifications. In 2026, Zavior expanded into Australia through partnerships with managed services providers such as Digitally Driven and strengthened its AI governance capabilities with Aona.ai.
Glenn is also active across industry and community initiatives. He serves on the RegTech Sub-Committee of the Singapore FinTech Association and is affiliated with the Singapore AI Association, IIPCC Singapore, and Brands For Good Asia.
Previously, Glenn was Solution Architect Director at Tessaract.io, where he worked with professional services and financial-sector clients across solution design, technical assessments, sales and product implementation.
He also held leadership responsibilities at TNB Ventures, where he led corporate innovation programmes connecting corporates, government agencies and startups. His work included sector-focused initiatives in cybersecurity, built environment, real estate and facilities management, collaborating with organisations such as the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore, Building and Construction Authority, and CapitaLand.
