About the speaker
David Green is the AI Technology Leader for Asia Pacific and Japan at Amazon Web Services (AWS), based in Seoul, Korea. He helps customers across the region adopt AWS AI and put it into production at scale. To do that, David works across AWS, partnering with product and engineering, go-to-market, partner, public policy, analyst relations, and communications teams to remove barriers and enable customers broadly, across every size and industry. He brings a builder's perspective to how customers can apply AI to their hardest problems.
In his 11 years at AWS, David spent seven years in the AWS product organisation, including six years working directly for the VP of Engineering, giving him deep insights into how customer needs shape product evolution. Earlier, based in Los Angeles, he spent three years as an Enterprise Solutions Architect supporting The Walt Disney Company and other major Media & Entertainment customers in their cloud transformation journeys.
